YOUR GOAL COMES FIRST
Build on your nursing training with the right pathway.
You may be qualified in Ghana, working elsewhere or returning to the process after time away. Your qualification, registration history, experience and intended province all matter to the preparation. A clear first step is identifying which regulator’s pathway applies before paying for an assessment or examination.
This is a useful starting point if…
- You hold a nursing qualification from outside Canada and want to understand the registration preparation for an intended province.
- You are gathering school, licensing or professional-standing records and need an organised checklist.
- You already have a regulator application or NCLEX eligibility decision and want help understanding the next permitted preparation tasks.
Registration, examination, employment and immigration are separate steps. This package does not provide a nursing licence, job or visa, and support must follow the chosen regulator’s rules.
YOUR PACKAGE, EXPLAINED
International Nurse Registration & NCLEX Support
For an internationally educated nurse, the next step is not simply “book NCLEX”. Our International Nurse Registration & NCLEX Support helps you organise the preparation around the province and regulator where you want to practise. We first check what assistance that regulator permits, then agree the available scope.
What we can help you prepare
- Identify the intended province and nursing regulator
- Review the regulator’s published international-applicant pathway
- A personal document and credential preparation checklist
- Guidance on transcript and licence-verification steps
- A completion and submission checklist for the applicant to use, where the regulator permits support
- NCLEX registration guidance linked to the regulator’s eligibility process
This is a registration-preparation enquiry, not a job, visa or nursing licence. The regulator decides eligibility and registration. Some regulators restrict third-party involvement; the available support must be checked before agreeing work.
KNOW WHAT TO PREPARE
Nurse Registration & NCLEX: your starting checklist.
Use this to see what you already have and what needs attention. The final checklist depends on your route and circumstances. You do not upload documents here.
- Valid passport and identity information
- Nursing degree or diploma and detailed school transcripts
- Home-country nursing registration or licence details, where applicable
- Professional-standing and registration verifications when requested
- Employment and nursing-experience records
- Language results and credential assessments if the regulator requires them
- Relevant previous examination attempts or regulatory decisions
Make the records useful.
- School and qualification records
- Identify the school office responsible for transcripts and course details. Check exactly where and how records must be sent before paying for courier services or duplicate documents.
- Licensing and professional standing
- Prepare the details of each relevant registration, including previous names where applicable. Follow the requested verification route rather than substituting an informal letter.
- Experience and previous decisions
- Keep an accurate record of practice dates, employers, prior examination attempts and regulator correspondence. Share the stage of your case first; private records are not needed in the website enquiry.
Start with a summary in your enquiry. Keep passport numbers, bank statements and other private records out of the first message.
A CLEARER WAY TO START
Put registration before the exam booking
These steps explain the preparation to discuss. Your written service scope confirms which tasks are included.
Start my nursing enquiryIdentify the regulator and support rules
Start with the province where you intend to practise. Check its international-applicant pathway and restrictions on third-party involvement before agreeing assistance or sharing account access.
Map your education and registration history
List your nursing school, qualification, home-country registration, employers and any previous regulatory decisions. This helps identify the records you already have and those you need to request.
Follow the required verification route
Use the regulator’s instructions for transcripts, licence verification and any credential or language assessment. Some records must be supplied through specified channels; a personal copy may not fulfil that requirement.
Track the applicant’s outstanding tasks
Keep a checklist of requested records, dates and responses. Any completion or submission support must be within the regulator’s rules, and the applicant should retain control of required declarations and communications.
Follow eligibility and NCLEX instructions
The regulator determines exam eligibility. Follow the official registration process and obtain the required Authorization to Test before scheduling; keep registration and examination charges separate.
BEFORE YOU COMMIT
Understand the full cost.
The support fee is one part of your budget. Ask for the currency, included tasks and payment terms in writing, then account for the separate charges.
Read our fees & service information ↗- Preparation support
- Ask for the service charge, currency and tasks allowed by your intended regulator. Any optional NCLEX study plan or practice sessions must be expressly included in the written scope.
- Registration and verification
- Regulator application charges, credential assessments, school transcripts, licence verifications, language tests and document-delivery fees are separate where required.
- Examination and later plans
- NCLEX registration and applicable testing charges are separate. Travel, relocation, immigration and job-search costs are not automatically part of nursing-registration support.
Paid separately: Regulator, credential-assessment, verification and examination fees are separate. Ask whether any optional NCLEX study plan or practice sessions form part of your written scope.
BEFORE YOU START
Nurse Registration & NCLEX: your questions.
Does passing NCLEX automatically give me a nursing licence?
No. The regulator has additional registration requirements. Passing an examination is not the same as receiving a licence, a job or immigration permission.
Can someone complete the regulator’s application for me?
Do not assume so. Your chosen regulator’s rules control whether and how third parties can help. For example, Newfoundland and Labrador explicitly restricts third-party participation.
Do I need NNAS?
Requirements depend on the regulator and pathway. Check the chosen regulator’s current instructions instead of paying for an assessment simply because another applicant needed it.
Is exam coaching included?
A study plan or practice sessions can be discussed. Confirm exactly what is included in the written scope before paying.
Can I start from Ghana?
You can start an enquiry about the preparation while in Ghana. The applicable regulator decides the process and requirements; the first task is to identify your intended province and current registration stage.
Is NCLEX the same as applying for nursing registration?
No. The examination is one part of the relevant pathway. Your regulator’s requirements determine what must happen before and after the exam, so start with that regulator’s instructions.
When can I book my NCLEX date?
Follow the regulator’s eligibility decision and the official NCLEX registration process. You need the required Authorization to Test to schedule an appointment; an agency service payment does not create eligibility.
Do all provinces use the same international-nurse process?
No. Pathways and requirements vary by regulator. Do not assume that an assessment, document or step used by another nurse is required for your own application.
Will this package find me a nursing job?
No job placement is included or promised. Professional registration preparation, recruitment and immigration each require their own arrangements and verification.
