Information in your enquiry
The form asks for your name, email address, service, destination and timing. A phone number, background information and message are optional. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss relevant support. Please provide only what is needed for that first conversation.
Submitting the form
When you submit, your details are transmitted securely to our website service. Enquiries are stored for follow-up and delivered to Travel This Year’s workspace in Opterflow, its customer relationship management system (CRM). Access is restricted to the people and service providers involved in handling the enquiry.
Storage and delivery
Cloudflare hosts the website and enquiry service and may process the submitted information and technical request data. Opterflow processes enquiry details to help the business manage and respond to your request. Data may be processed outside Ghana, depending on those providers. Delivery attempts can be retried to help prevent enquiries being lost.
Using and retaining your details
Submitting the form lets us contact you about the enquiry you made. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages. We retain enquiry records for follow-up and relevant business or legal obligations; you can ask us to review, correct or delete your information, subject to any applicable obligation to retain it.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics, using tag G-NFRV55LC35, helps us understand website visits and form interactions. It can use cookies and collect page, device and browser information. Our custom enquiry events use fixed service and action labels, without your name, email, phone number, background or message text. An enquiry conversion is recorded after the server accepts a submission.

Keep sensitive records out
Do not enter passport numbers, bank details, health records or document images in this initial enquiry. Agree the appropriate document-sharing process and responsible person before providing records.
