What the public pages describe
The package pages explain the preparation services offered for discussion. The work for an individual client must be set out in a written service agreement before payment or delivery begins.
Service charges and currency
Request an itemised written quote for your chosen service. It should name the currency, included tasks, payment stages and charges that are additional. Do not assume that amounts for different services use the same currency.
Official and third-party charges
The client pays applicable government, biometrics, school application, tuition/deposit, examination, credential-assessment, verification, translation, medical and travel charges separately unless the written agreement expressly states otherwise. Check the recipient and obtain receipts for payments.
What the agreement should identify
- The exact service and application or training stage covered.
- The person or organisation responsible and professional authorization where required.
- The included deliverables, client responsibilities and communication arrangements.
- The fee, currency, payment schedule and separate charges.
- The cancellation, refund and complaint terms.
- For training, the course length, format, timetable and included feedback or practice.
Refunds and training results
Ask for any cancellation or refund terms in writing before paying. A target examination score is not itself a refund agreement. The website does not publish an unspecified IELTS pass-related or target-band refund promise.
Decisions and outcomes
Support does not guarantee admission, a job, a visa, a permit, permanent residence, a nursing licence or an examination result. The relevant institution, employer, authority, regulator or examiner makes its decision.
Your first enquiry
No payment or document upload is taken through this website. Start with your goal and stage, then use the conversation to establish the scope and next step. Find your service or send an enquiry.
