MOVE TO CANADA

Ready to build a future in Canada?

You want more from your next chapter. Start with your skills, qualifications and work experience, then understand what an Express Entry application would involve.

YOUR GOAL COMES FIRST

Is Express Entry the route for your bigger goal?

If your goal is permanent residence in Canada, this is a different conversation from booking a visit. Express Entry manages applications for three federal skilled-worker programmes: the Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Worker Program and Federal Skilled Trades Program. Each has its own requirements.

This is a useful starting point if…

  • You have skilled-work experience and want to understand how your education, language results and family situation fit together.
  • You are comparing preparation costs, including language testing and an educational credential assessment, before deciding to proceed.
  • You already have results or a profile and need to organise your records for the next stage.

Start with the route, then the paperwork. A profile in the pool is not an invitation to apply, and an invitation is not a permanent-residence decision.

YOUR PACKAGE, EXPLAINED

Express Entry Profile & PR Support

A fresh start needs a route that fits your actual background. Our Express Entry Profile & PR Support package helps you organise your preparation, see what is missing and understand the work involved before you commit to service costs. Start with what you have today, even if your tests or documents are still outstanding.

What we can help you prepare

  • An initial discussion of your profile and the published eligibility and CRS requirements
  • A personal preparation checklist for your education, language results and work history
  • Guidance on the language-test and educational credential assessment steps
  • Review of how your work history and supporting records are organised
  • Profile-preparation support within the agreed service scope
  • A checklist for the invitation-to-apply stage, if you are invited

Creating a profile or receiving a CRS score does not guarantee an invitation or permanent residence. Paid Canadian immigration advice or representation must be handled by an authorized professional. Confirm that person’s identity and authorization before engaging those services.

KNOW WHAT TO PREPARE

Canada Express Entry: your starting checklist.

Use this to see what you already have and what needs attention. The final checklist depends on your route and circumstances. You do not upload documents here.

  • Passport and personal details
  • Education certificates, transcripts and ECA, where required
  • Approved language-test results
  • Employment reference letters, duties, dates, hours and evidence of experience
  • Family and dependant details and proof of funds, where applicable
  • Police certificates, medical examinations and further evidence when requested

Make the records useful.

Education and language results
Make a list of certificates, transcripts, assessments and test results you have, with dates. Check which records are required before paying for new assessments.
Work history
Create one timeline of jobs and the supporting letters available. Identify missing dates or duties early, rather than filling gaps with assumptions.
Funds and family information
Where relevant, prepare a clear record of available funds, marital status and dependants. The applicable programme determines the final evidence needed.

Start with a summary in your enquiry. Keep passport numbers, bank statements and other private records out of the first message.

A CLEARER WAY TO START

From your first questions to a prepared profile

These steps explain the preparation to discuss. Your written service scope confirms which tasks are included.

Start my Express Entry enquiry
  1. Map your starting point

Bring a simple outline of your qualifications, work roles, language-test stage and whether a partner or children would be included. Use the first discussion to identify the information needed for a proper eligibility assessment.

  2. Check the programme and scoring rules

Review the published programme requirements and Comprehensive Ranking System with the authorized professional responsible for any paid immigration advice. A CRS estimate needs accurate inputs; it is not a prediction of an invitation.

  3. Prepare language and education evidence

Check the accepted test and any ECA requirement before booking. Keep the name on your records consistent and allow time for a school or assessment provider to respond.

  4. Organise your employment history

List employers, job titles, dates, hours and actual duties. Gather the available supporting records so that the work history you present can be checked against the facts.

  5. Prepare the profile and the next-stage checklist

Agree who will handle each task, check the information and retain copies. If invited, use the applicable application instructions and deadline to organise the additional evidence.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Understand the full cost.

The support fee is one part of your budget. Ask for the currency, included tasks and payment terms in writing, then account for the separate charges.

Read our fees & service information ↗
Your support package
Ask for the agreed preparation tasks, responsible adviser, currency and payment stages in one written quote. Identify whether later invitation-stage work is included or separately charged.
Tests and assessments
Budget separately for language tests, any ECA, document delivery and verification. Retakes or additional assessments can add to the amount you need.
The application stage
Government charges, medical examinations and police certificates are separate. Proof of funds, where required, is an eligibility matter and is not the agency service fee.

Paid separately: Government application fees, language tests, educational credential assessments, medical examinations, police certificates and other third-party costs are separate.

BEFORE YOU START

Canada Express Entry: your questions.

Can I start before I have IELTS results?

You can start a preparation conversation and identify what is missing. A complete Express Entry profile has its own language and document requirements. Use the official IRCC instructions before taking the next step.

Is the service fee a government fee?

No. Request a written service quote showing its currency, scope and payment stages. Government and third-party charges are separate.

Will a higher score guarantee an invitation?

No. Invitations depend on the applicable programme, selection rounds and your circumstances. We do not promise an invitation or an immigration outcome.

Do I need a job offer to start the conversation?

You can enquire without one. Eligibility depends on the programme and your circumstances; a job offer is not a substitute for checking the full requirements. Tell us your actual work and education background.

Is IELTS Academic accepted for Express Entry?

When using IELTS for Express Entry, IRCC specifies General Training. Other approved language tests also exist. Check the current IRCC list before paying for a test.

What is an ECA?

An Educational Credential Assessment evaluates a foreign educational credential for the relevant purpose. Whether you need one and which assessment to obtain should be checked against IRCC’s current instructions.

Can my spouse or children be included?

Family information can affect the preparation and application. Mention who would be included at the start so the authorized professional can identify the relevant requirements and costs.

Who will provide immigration advice?

Ask for the person’s full name and public authorization details before agreeing paid Canadian immigration advice or representation. A preparation package name is not evidence of professional authorization.
